Compliance Coordinator
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the compliance tracker and compliance calendar
- Track due dates, renewals, filings, and required submissions across functions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to collect documents and complete pending actions on time
- Follow up consistently until each compliance task is closed
- Maintain organized records of filings, licenses, approvals, notices, and supporting documents
- Prepare periodic compliance status reports and proactively flag delays, missing documents, and potential compliance risks
- Support documentation and coordination for audits, inspections, and internal reviews
- Maintain and improve checklists, trackers, and process documentation for recurring compliance work
- Escalate urgent issues in a timely manner and ensure clear closure tracking
Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and deadline discipline
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines at the same time
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Basic understanding of business compliance processes and documentation workflows
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external professionals
Nice to Haves
- Experience coordinating with CA, CS, legal, finance, or operations teams
- Familiarity with GST, tax, ROC, labor, or license-related compliance work
- Experience using tools such as Notion.
- Ability to maintain clean trackers and documentation systems
- Comfort using AI tools for drafting follow-ups, summaries, and documentation support
- Prior experience in operations, admin, accounts, or legal support roles
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience preferred in compliance coordination, operations, admin, accounts, or legal support
- Freshers can apply if they are highly organized, detail-oriented and confident of executing the role.
Compensation
- Salary
- ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
- Performance Bonus
- Up to ₹90,000
