Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role
You’ll drive performance-oriented digital marketing across paid ads, landing pages, and conversion tracking. This role is focused on measurable outcomes like leads, bookings, and revenue, and suits someone who is hands-on with execution and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Build and improve landing pages and lead flows with the team
- Set up and monitor tracking for conversions and campaign performance
- Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and A/B tests
- Create weekly performance reports and actionable insights
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and messaging
- Continuously improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and overall ROI
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Understanding of funnels, targeting, and conversion optimization
- Comfort with numbers, reporting, and performance analysis
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Clear communication and strong execution discipline
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Basic SEO understanding and landing page best practices
- Experience with email or WhatsApp marketing automation
- Experience in hospitality, local services, or lead-generation businesses
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- Minimal experience required, 1 to 3 years in digital marketing preferred
Compensation
- Salary
- ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
- Performance Bonus
- Up to ₹90,000
