Field Operations Executive — Travel & Documentation

About the Role

We are looking for a highly reliable Kolkata-based person who can travel frequently to properties, project sites, equipment locations and offices, carry out assigned work independently, observe what is actually happening and report back clearly with documents and evidence.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to different cities and sites, including multi-day visits at short notice where required.
  • Inspect property, hotel, equipment or other operations against the instructions or checklist provided.
  • Speak with staff, vendors, officials and other relevant people, verify facts and record clear notes, photographs and documents.
  • Submit, collect and follow up on property and administrative documents with offices and professionals.
  • Review available records against on-ground conditions and promptly flag discrepancies, risks, delays or unsupported claims.
  • Prepare concise visit reports, trackers, spreadsheets, document packs and next-action lists.
  • Use computers and AI tools to organise information, extract details from documents, draft reports and improve follow-up, while verifying the result.
  • Keep accurate records of travel, expenses, bills, documents received and commitments made.
  • Protect confidential information and report progress and blockers promptly.

Requirements

  • Based in Kolkata and willing to travel frequently, including alone and for multi-day assignments.
  • Demonstrated reliability, sound judgment and ability to work without close supervision.
  • Good computer skills, including documents, spreadsheets, email, PDFs and online portals.
  • Strong practical use of AI tools for documentation, research and reporting.
  • Good observation, note-taking, documentation and report-writing ability.
  • Familiarity with property documents, government-office follow-up or field operations.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior field operations, site inspection, property documentation, administration, audit, executive-support or multi-location coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with Rajasthan and property or equipment operations.
  • Experience handling travel advances, original documents and evidence-based site reporting.

Qualifications

  • Graduate preferred, but practical ability, judgment, reliability and computer skills receive greater weight.

Compensation

Salary
₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum
