About the Role
Responsibilities
A. Strategy, Research & Planning
- Research and synthesize insights into decision-ready outputs like pitch decks, proposals, and project briefs.
- Provide structured analysis and data-backed recommendations to support the founder.
B. Outreach & Administration
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and customers to gather quotes, offers, timelines, and confirmations.
- Manage and improve online presence across business profiles, social media, directories, OTAs/portals, company pages, and websites.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, including form-filling and portal-based submissions.
C. Execution & Follow-ups
- Track priorities, deadlines, payments, and follow-ups across teams and external stakeholders (operations, accounts, sales, vendors).
- Coordinate basic financial tasks: collection follow-ups, payment reminders, and outstanding invoice tracking.
D. Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly updates covering progress, key metrics, blockers, and pending tasks.
- Maintain simple trackers and dashboards to ensure visibility and accountability.
Requirements
- Strong research skills- can find the right information fast and summarize it well.
- Excellent communication- clear calls/messages, professional follow-ups, strong writing.
- Analytical mindset- comfortable with numbers, comparisons, and structured thinking.
- Highly organized- task tracking, prioritization, and documentation discipline.
- Strong tech and systems capability
- Comfortable using AI tools for drafting/research.
Nice to Haves
- Prior experience in a founder’s office, consulting, ops, or fast-paced startups.
