About the Role

We are hiring a Human Resources Executive to manage hiring across multiple roles and departments. This is a recruitment-focused role with ownership of sourcing, screening, coordination, and pipeline management, with a strong emphasis on speed, quality, and process discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles across departments
  • Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms
  • Source candidates through multiple channels and build active talent pipelines
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate hiring trackers, candidate updates, and status reports
  • Follow up on assignments, interview rounds, and candidate communication
  • Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and joining process
  • Improve hiring processes, templates, and screening quality over time
  • Support hiring analytics such as source quality, closure timelines, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Strong recruitment and hiring coordination skills
  • Good judgment in profile screening and candidate-role fit
  • Clear and professional communication with candidates and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions at once
  • Strong follow-up discipline and process ownership
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and hiring workflow tools
  • Ability to work independently and maintain hiring momentum

Nice to Haves

  • Experience hiring for multiple functions such as operations, sales, marketing, and tech
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, or similar platforms
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and hiring dashboards
  • Understanding of interview evaluation frameworks and hiring scorecards
  • Basic knowledge of offer coordination and onboarding documentation

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment, with hiring as a core responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, or related field preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven experience handling hiring pipelines and interview coordination end to end

Compensation

Salary
₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
Performance Bonus
Up to ₹90,000
