Human Resources Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern with a strong focus on hiring and recruitment execution. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end hiring process across multiple positions, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and keeping hiring pipelines organized.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain hiring trackers and keep candidate records updated
- Post and manage job openings across platforms
- Conduct initial screening calls and share structured candidate summaries
- Follow up with candidates on interview status, documents, and joining timelines
- Support hiring-related documentation and offer process coordination
- Help improve recruitment workflows, templates, and response quality
Requirements
- Strong interest in recruitment and hiring operations
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to assess profiles carefully and match them with job requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple openings and follow-ups at the same time
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, forms, and basic hiring tools
- Ability to work independently and maintain turnaround timelines
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, or similar hiring platforms
- Experience using Notion or applicant tracking systems
- Basic understanding of different business and technical job roles
- Experience with interview scheduling and coordination
- Comfort with structured evaluation formats and hiring scorecards
Qualifications
- Any experience in HR or recruitment, including internships or project work
- Any graduate or final-year student, preferably in HR, management, or a related field
- Strong execution skills and communication ability are more important than formal experience
Compensation
- Stipend
- ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month
