Social Media Executive
About the Role
You’ll execute our day-to-day social media operations, ensuring consistent posting, strong content quality, and active engagement. This role suits someone who can manage multiple accounts, coordinate with creatives, and drive steady growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage weekly content calendars for multiple brands
- Write captions and briefs for creatives, and coordinate with designers and editors
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and updates across platforms
- Manage comments and messages, and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and content style
- Track and report performance, and suggest improvements based on insights
- Support basic influencer or collaboration coordination when required
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats
- Good writing skills and ability to adapt tone to different brands
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and meet deadlines consistently
- Comfort with basic analytics and reporting
- Working knowledge of Canva and common content tools
Nice to Haves
- Experience with short-form video workflows and editing coordination
- Basic knowledge of paid boosts or post promotion
- Understanding of content strategy for hospitality or local businesses
- Experience managing Google Business Profile or review responses
Qualifications
- Minimal experience in social media or related work preferred
Compensation
- Salary
- ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
- Performance Bonus
- Up to ₹90,000
