Social Media Manager

About the Role

You’ll own the social media function end-to-end, including strategy, execution standards, content direction, and team coordination. The goal is to build strong brand presence and measurable growth across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define social media strategy, content pillars, and monthly goals for each brand
  • Lead content planning, calendar reviews, and campaign execution
  • Manage a small team or coordinate with designers, editors, and agencies
  • Ensure high-quality output across copy, visuals, and publishing consistency
  • Build and improve community engagement and response workflows
  • Monitor performance, run monthly reviews, and optimize based on data
  • Plan and execute launches, offers, collaborations, and creator partnerships
  • Coordinate with leadership and other teams to align messaging and priorities

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social strategy, storytelling, and content performance
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and maintain consistent quality
  • Comfortable leading execution and coordinating cross-functional work
  • Strong writing and editing judgment
  • Experience with reporting, insights, and improving growth metrics

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing and campaign planning
  • Working knowledge of paid social and creative testing
  • Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-location businesses
  • Ability to guide shoots and content production

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in social media/content (brand or agency)

Compensation

Salary
₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
Performance Bonus
Up to ₹90,000
