About the Role

You’ll help identify, evaluate, and pursue tender and bidding opportunities across government, PSU, institutional, and private-sector procurement channels.

The role involves continuously tracking relevant opportunities, assessing eligibility and commercial viability, coordinating documentation, preparing compliant bid submissions, and maintaining a structured pipeline of tenders from discovery through award.

Responsibilities

  • Search for relevant tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, empanelment opportunities, and other procurement opportunities across government, PSU, institutional, and private-sector platforms
  • Identify opportunities relevant to our businesses, services, capabilities, and geographic coverage
  • Review tender documents in detail and prepare clear summaries covering scope, eligibility, qualification criteria, deadlines, estimated value, EMD, fees, experience requirements, turnover requirements, and key commercial term
  • Maintain a structured tender pipeline with opportunity status, deadlines, actions, and responsible team members
  • Prepare detailed eligibility and compliance checklists for each tender and ensure all mandatory requirements are addressed
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain an organized repository technical, financial, legal, and statutory documents required for bids
  • Draft and ensure bids strictly follow tender formats and submission instructions
  • Handle online tender submissions, including document uploads, portal forms, digital signatures, tender fees, EMD details, and final submission checks
  • Track pre-bid meetings, corrigenda, amendments, deadline extensions, clarifications, and responses issued by the procuring authority
  • Draft and coordinate pre-bid queries and clarification requests where tender conditions require interpretation or modification
  • Review tender conditions for restrictive or unusual eligibility clauses and highlight issues to management
  • Track submitted bids and follow up on bid results and maintain records of successful, unsuccessful, and cancelled opportunities
  • Analyze competitors, awarded prices, procurement patterns, and previous tenders to improve future bidding strategy

Requirements

  • Strong internet research skills and ability to find relevant tender opportunities efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with lengthy and complex tender documents
  • Ability to interpret eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial conditions, and submission requirements
  • Strong written communication and document preparation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tenders with overlapping deadlines
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, document trackers, PDFs, and structured data
  • Ability to coordinate persistently with multiple people to obtain documents and information before deadlines
  • High level of accuracy while preparing forms, declarations, compliance documents, and bid submissions
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of opportunities from discovery through submission

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with government tenders, RFPs, or procurement
  • Familiarity with GeM, CPPP/eProcure, or state tender portals
  • Experience preparing technical and financial bids
  • Understanding of EMDs, bid security, performance guarantees, turnover criteria, experience criteria, and similar tender requirements
  • Good understanding of government procurement procedures and tender terminology
  • Experience improving tender trackers, document repositories, templates, and bid-management workflows

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field
  • 1+ years of experience preferred
  • Prior experience in tendering, bidding, or procurement mandatory

Compensation

Salary
₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
Performance Bonus
Up to ₹1,50,000
